Long Loading Screen Issue in FC25 Ultimate Team

Hello everyone, I am reaching out to you from Turkey.

While playing Ultimate Team in FC25, I encounter a loading screen during store transitions or other in-game transitions, as shown in the attached image. There is no freezing; the logo at the bottom keeps spinning continuously. However, sometimes I have to wait on this screen for 10-15 minutes.

I tried researching the cause of this issue online. I have deleted and reinstalled the game multiple times, including clearing the cache. I set my PS5 to performance mode and also tried restoring licenses, but the problem persists.

If anyone has experienced a similar issue and found a solution or has any information about this, I would appreciate your help.

3) I have to wait for a long time on the loading screen.

Or

1) I log into FC25 Ultimate Team.
2) I try to switch between my players, and an in-game transition occurs.
3) I have to wait for a long time on the loading screen.

Basically, I experience this issue in every scene where a transition occurs.
