Lose control of players when playing online

Question

Whenever I play online (specifically pro clubs because that is all I play) my character will randomly run off the pitch or stand still and I lose control completely. I do not get disconnected from the game and I don't get a message that says I have been idle and will be kicked because I am still actively using my controller but no input is going through in the game (I can still open the menu and quit etc). It is not a connection issue as I play other games and never have ping issues and I don't get kicked from the game either nor does it say my ping is high. I have had this issue in FC 24 and now FC 25 please can someone fix this or if you have had a similar experience please let me know any solutions. I have tried going into task manager and ending any EA programs running in the background before I start playing and it fixes it for maybe one clubs game before lagging again in the next one, I have tried repairing the game in the EA app and also uninstalling and reinstalling. Please let me know any solutions to this problems if you have any.&nbsp;

Uninstalled the game for months and redownloaded it today - tried to play 2 clubs games and in both my character was unable to move. It's nice to see that EA have made no attempt at fixing this issue despite the fact that I have been on countless live chats and they told me to "pUt It On ThE fOrUm In OrDeR tO rEsOlVe ThE iSsUe faster"- immediate uninstall and there is no chance that I am getting another EAFC game again and I hope other people follow suit because this company deserve what they give, absolutely nothing.&nbsp;&nbsp;
