Lost connection…

Everytime i play fc25 i have to press circle and enter new email and get a code because i cant unlink my old ea account because the email is inactive and can’t receive emails and now when i press circle it says lost connection check your home network!!

i tried everything uninstalling the game and reinstalling it and changed the dsn and changed to wired connection with 1GB speed but nothing worked!

EA please fix your game…
