It’s the one stickied with over 300 posts in it. Thats why if this is happening it’s likely on your end. You should run the tests ea is asking for if you want to solve it.
Actually it was 25 days ago. Time flies I guess it was longer than I thought. Also I believe everyone who experienced it has already received compensation. So yeah doing the troubleshooting might help you and the op.

…which got no response. This just happened to be the first one I came across, but there are countless others (including a post of my own citing the same situation) and virtually none of them receive a reply let alone compensation.
