While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.
Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

I think It might have deleted my club! It reset the name and everything! Im pissed off at ea they cant get anything right ☹️
I completed 4 of the 5 objectives and I didn't get any of my rewards, and this is a huge issue because a lot of the people didn't get their rewards and you guys need to fix it.
i didnt receive any packs although i completed most of the objectives
Hello ea just wanted to say that I did not recive everything that I completed in fc24. I only recived an 80x10, 81x7 and a 82x2. I was am still waiting on my 82x10 and 82x5. If you could please try and put them on my acount that would be amazing

Why didn’t I get my 84x5 from last years objective in EA Fc 25
I only got the 80x10 and the hero loan but I should have got all the rewards

so today it was the day that we had to receive the pre season rewards in ea fc 25 and i didn't receive all of the rewards dispite i did the challenges in ea fc 24 to get them.
