My EA Account mail is changed by hacker! Please help

Hello EA Team,

I am writing to get help with recovering my EA account. I purchased EA Sports FC™ 25 on Steam on June 24, 2025.

Here are my purchase details:

Steam username: laltu2000

Invoice Number: 43**************61

Date and Time: June 24, 2025 @ 9:40pm

After buying the game, I played it for a few days and then uninstalled it. Today, I reinstalled the game. However, when I tried to log in and authenticate my account, I found out that my Steam account is currently linked to an unknown email address: ku**@hotmail.com**.

I have never owned or used this email address. I strongly believe someone has hacked into my account and changed the email address without my permission.

I want to recover my account and link it back to my actual email as soon as possible. I have attached the relevant screenshots (the error screen) with this ticket for your reference. Also I have the the purchase and platform information.

Please let me know what steps I need to follow to prove my ownership and get my account back.

    I had already try a lot to submit all information that I have in the support team here. But each and evey time its shows,

    "This issue isn't supported by advisors.

    Check out our help resources below or visit EA Forums to get help from the community."

    I'm getting fustrated now! Please let me know any kind of updates like the support team are reviewing my issue as the processing is running!

    Sorry you’re dealing with this.

    If the email on the EA account has been changed to one you don’t recognize, that really does sound like someone may have gotten into the account.

    Since this involves account ownership and recovery, it isn’t something we can fix from the forums. The best thing you can do now is make sure your Steam and email accounts are secure, then continue with the support team so they can review the account details with you directly.

    It’s good that you already have your Steam purchase information ready, because that may help when they verify ownership.
