My game bugs out when I start it up

Question

When I open FC25, the screen starts flashing random colors and different menu screens. I have uninstalled the EA app, the game multiple times, and Steam. This didn't change anything about the actual loading process. It still doesn't work. I have attached an MP4 video to give a visual representation. Any solutions are welcomed.
