My game keeps crashing

I can open ea fc perfectly fine and load up ultimate team but the second I try and go on the evo page sbcs transfer market etc my game will freeze for at least 30 mins then if I’m lucky enough to get to play a game I’ll kick off then my game freezes and I get booted to the home page or my game completely closes even though my WiFi and connections are all good to go ea fix this issue
