Online mode issue fc 25
my ea ID is Jeffry19953415 I downloaded fc 25 and logged in with my ea account, then when I am ready to play online for some reason the game crashes when it is about to start.

Did you start seeing this error after you obtained a new player ?
Is it only in Ultimate team you receive this error ?
You can start by deleting your active squad, make a new squad and remove some of the news players you got for testing purposes.
You can try to perform a console power cycle:
- Press and hold the [Xbox] button on the front of the console for 10 seconds.
- Unplug the console's power cable and wait for at least 10 seconds as this resets the power supply.
- Plug the power cable back in and turn the console back on by pressing the [Xbox] button again

I downloaded the game play one online friendly with a friend ( not ultimate team) after that one game I started to get that error whenever I want to play online for seasons, ultimate team and game online friendly.
