Ping constantly dropping in online games

This has been happening since last night and has been the same today. I haven't moved my PS5 or changed anything with my connection. Connection is consistently good in other games and other platforms. And before this, connection was generally good. I tried turning off other WiFi devices. No luck. 

My PS5 reports good connection with 97mbps download speed, my ping is always usually 11ms. I'm close to the router. I've exited the game and turned off the console, both button and mains.
