player career mode cant return from injury

my player career is injured, after skipping about 3 months got email from phisiotheraphy team saying that my player fitness is fully recovered from injury. the email redirect me into player team sheet, i thought i supposed to input my player into the team sheet but the next thing its redirect me into shopping and investment and the game wont load and i cant go back. If anyone having the same issue please tell me how to deal with this.
