Playstadion Tournament Cheating.

Dear EA Sports Community Manager,

I am writing to report a critical issue that occurred during the final match of an online EA FC 25 Champions League tournament. I was leading the match 2–0 when my opponent paused the game and subsequently quit. Following this, I exited the match, expecting the system to register the result. However, the game status remained as “in progress,” and no outcome was recorded.

Despite my clear lead, the system did not acknowledge my victory. Consequently, my opponent was awarded first place, while I was placed second. This outcome feels unjust, especially considering the circumstances under which the match ended.

This tournament was particularly significant to me, as it offered a ticket to the Champions League Final in Munich—a dream opportunity I hoped to share with my girlfriend. I understand that reversing match results may not always be feasible, but I have video evidence substantiating my lead at the time of my opponent’s departure.

I kindly request a thorough review of this incident and appropriate action to rectify the situation. Your prompt attention to this matter would mean a great deal to me.
