Please help me..

I have bought this game in november and i have the same problem i think i managed to play the game about 20 times since i bought it because the game does not want to start at all, the green loading bar doesnt appear at all when i start the game and i cant play it, i have days where i sit around for 6 hours trying to make it work and it doesnt work at all, sometimes it starts in windowed and just stays stuck in the loading screen without the green bar coming at any time soon, please help me solve this problem. 

I have minimum requirements, a better gpu even i have friends whose pc's are weaker then mine and the game runs for them with no problems I DONT UNDERSTAND IT PLEASE HELP
