Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. I'll try to help with your connection issues. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.
I tried to run the Connection Quality Report on my PS5 Pro as requested, but unfortunately the option for “Connection Quality Report” does not appear in the menu – even though I’m in Ultimate Team and connected to the EA servers.
I tested my connection on the PS5 and everything looks good (NAT Type 2, wired connection, no issues).
Since I couldn’t access the in-game report, I ran the test via the EA website instead.
My results: Score: 93/100
Ping: 23ms
Jitter: 2.4ms
Packet Loss: 0.03%

Thank you. You've got some packet loss. That is most likely the issue. Have you tried speaking with your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues? Also, it would be good to go through the connection troubleshooting steps here.

correct, the issue came when i switched to the PS5 Pro, with the Base PS5 i never had these problems

That sounds more like an issue with the console then. There's nothing built into the game that would make it disconnect more with the Pro over the standard PS5. Is it possible to play some matches on your old console and run that test again to see if the results are similar?

i just played the Bundesliga Cups Mode and missed Xavi Simons by one game but i have a clip of me winning and after the game ended i got disconnected and got a defeat even though i was 2:0 ☹️ is there any possible chance that i get a refund for Xavi Simons? i would be so grateful because i never achieved a card by Winning a cup 🙏 If you need any proof just let me know i send you anything you need.
