I got the same problem, my gamertag is hjulstatuggare. Plz fix this
I have the same issues, been the same * for 5 days now.
i tried everything including rebuilding database, reseting console, changing router, deleting squad, etc.

- @EA_Pulsar Stop pretending that the problem is with us. If the problem is with me, why didn't I have any problems in the first month of the game?

Summary of Issue: Strictly to the ultimate team game mode, there has been and continues to have issues regarding loading of ultimate team content. Users may encounter blank screen with EAFC green triangle loading at the centre bottom of the page. Or users encounter waiting 10+ minutes to load up the transfer market, store, sbc and play modes, however game latency has been perfect when patient enough to get into a game. In some situations users have waited 40+ minutes to get from the main page just to get into the Rivals game search page. But once in game, no lag or connection issues were experienced.

Yo, try to share internet to your ps5 through your phone, works like a charm. It’s the WIFI that cant connect through gaming consoles.
I have this exactly problem, got Ps5 pro.
I had fc 25 on disc and bought ps5 pro with no disc drive so i had too purchase the game again in store and god damn what a disappointment!! A total waste of my money.
In 25 tries in the first meny when press ultimate team it just loads the FC green button disappear after 3 sec and stuck like that and then get the atm there is problem too log in too UT. And after 25 tries I get in twice. When I'm in UT anything I try too access like TBU/market,season obj etc it either takes over 30 sec too get in and when I'm in if I press too get my objective reward I'm stuck again. Same with market , can't open packs just says atm there is problems in store.
I'm serious over 300 times I've managed too play 4 rivals games and same there when the game is over it takes over 1 min too get back too game meny.
I have tired every possible solutions
Re-installed the game 7 times
Cleared caches, rebooted ps5, rebuild ps5.
I can play any other online game this problem is only on FC 25.
I've done all the router possible solutions too.
I'm a IT expert so I know my skills this is a game issue.
I've played fifa for over 15 years and never been this disappointed and I bought the fc 25 two times !!!
Please EA fix this issue for me there no more i can do on my part. I've deleted the squad and made a new as main. Still didn't work.

I have exactly the same issue. Not an ISP issue as I’ve been playing for years with no problems - this is the only game that has a problem

They locked my thread despite numerous people suffering the same problem all on different ISP and only this game. They don't wanna hear it. Keep buying packs though that's the main thing

Let's say for the sake of argument it is an ISP issue and it is specifically BT.
1) Plenty have reported from outside of the UK so it's unlikely to be specifically BT
2) If it's based on reports here then of course many will be BT as it's an extremely popular ISP.
Let's say that's true and BT are causing packet loss on EA services.... surely it's in EAs interest to press them directly and investigate this since it potentially affects a lot of customers who will grow frustrated with the game. Even an hour of downtime on a massive service can have huge costs.
I would hope that it has been quietly escalated for that reason and we just don't get to hear about it. To their credit, they are troubleshooting it with a few users, which is something.
@Worblei have the same issue on my EE (BT)internet and now I swap for my second virgin media isp and everything works great so maybe this time is not ea fault only certain internet providers

This is the most helpful reply i've read all day as it helps to back up the ISP argument that moderators have made.
I do think this is something EA still have to handle though since business to business communication carries a lot more weight than end user to business.
@EA_Pulsar sorry for the tag but hopefully this helps you wade through the noise as the guy above me is a good confirmation of it being related to BT, as the mod team suspect. Do you have an operations team who can reach BT's operations team? We would usually go down this route at my company since the impact of an end user call is usually pretty low and you may have lines of contact already with major ISPs (I appreciate this may be wishful thinking haha). I just think it's going to be really difficult for us end users to coordinate in large numbers and bother them in any significant way haha.
While clearly not exclusively a UK issue, the fact the UK is FC’s biggest market and BT probably the largest ISP, you would have thought they would have taken this more seriously.
Like I wrote mate their litterly just F us.
There is a forum for ISP tele 2 in Sweden. 26 people in that thread people saying exactly like my description of the problem.
So NO fkn EA it's a worldwide issue now.

If it turns out to not be ISP specific then the mods need to revise their threshold for when they treat an issue as valid, or rather the operations team stop disregarding issues because 'our logs say different'. Logs don't tell the whole story and if you get continual reports for this length of time you really shouldn't leave users in the dark as long as they have.
anyway, it sounds like Nep has used his social media presence to reach joel doonan now which is good. Just a shame it takes prominant voices to be taken seriously

It's not just "some PlayStation players" though?
Unreal it takes a streamer with a direct line to EA to get even a half baked acknowledgement.
I was on the fence about renewing EA Play Pro next week but not anymore.
- Looks like its possibly a hand off issue between BT and rackspace at LON3. Between 62.6.204.X and 195.66.224.116. EA need Rackspace to check it. Could be a BT issue could be a Rackspace issue but Rackspace should easily be able to figure it out and reach out to BT if there's an issue on that side.
