Thanks for reporting this issue. Our team will look into it. Try logging out and signing back in to sync your account again and see if that helps. Make sure to check any new or unassigned items.

I don’t think I know how to do it on Xbox. I’ll have a go tonight. If I don’t get it back is there anything you can do or is that it?

Just log out from your Xbox account and sign back in. It should synchronize your account.
Checking your items on the web app or the companion app may also help you make sure that those rewards haven't been granted already. - thomashiggins198 months agoNew Novice
I use the web app everyday near enough and I’ve still had nothing. I reached the next level and I thought that may release them. But it didn’t. Gutted really decent player and packs I’ve missed out on.

These rewards cannot disappear, so it's possible they've been granted in the background. Please reach out to our support team, who can review your account history and confirm the rewards you've received.

It says claimed as you can see in the photo, but I did not get the rewards. It glitched. Everytime I tried to claim, it reset. Must have tried about 3 or for times to claim it. So I thought I’ll restart fc 25, which I did then come back and it said claimed with no pack in my store or player pick.
