Are you playing over a mobile hotspot? You have a lot of packet loss. That is most likely the reason for disconnects/lag.

Air wireless it’s called i don’t really know, but FC it’s the only game where I have connection problems, mainly FUT

Can you confirm if you're playing over a mobile connection or are you connected to a router in your home? If you're using a router, is your connection wired or wireless?

It is Wired connection

it's been awhile since you ran that test. Can you do it again? Those steps are in my post here. I'd like to see if you get similar results still. If so, that's an issue you're going to need to contact your ISP about. that much packet loss is either from your home network equipment or something on their end.
