So are community managers advised to ignore PC customers connectivity issues?
I have seen a lot of posts from PC users with connectivity/login issues not addressed my anyone. I have been having this issue since Jan, with a 500 mbps LAN connection. Servers are down for hours and EA server status says they are well and up. They redirect us to EAHelp on X, but its radio silence there as well (see attachment). I saw some reddit posts about this issue deleted by moderators.
So can I get some help other than the stuff in "troubleshoot network issues", restart router, flush/change dns, network reset, firewall exception, reinstall game ? I have done all that. Everyone knows the issue is on EA side so if I can get into touch it would be great, since I am filing a complaint in consumer court for fraud.
