So are community managers advised to ignore PC customers connectivity issues?

I have seen a lot of posts from PC users with connectivity/login issues not addressed my anyone. I have been having this issue since Jan, with a 500 mbps LAN connection. Servers are down for hours an...

Not just ignore. They and the hero’s they pay to be here on their behalf will actively ensure that you get the blame for your own connection.
