Squad Battles Lose for no reason

I was playing my squad battles and I was winning 7-0. I had an stable internet connection. Suddenly EA made me quit from the ultimate team because of internet connection while I have stable and 1000 mbps internet :D. This isn't the first time I seen that. EA made me quit from  the squad battles game to the main menu. Then I entered the ultimate team again and checked the match that I was playin. What do you think ? It says 3-0 I lost :D and I lost points. This is not the first time it always happen when it matters. Check my game data and give my points or I want EA to claim my match again. It should not be that hard to make the match not played if I lost connection because of EA Servers and while winning LIKE 7-0, 10-0 RIGHT ?

    Hey Iwilllose,

    So at the very last minute you got kicked all the way back to the game's main menu? Did you leave a bunch of games in quick succession before this happened?

    EA really still need to ask questions on this? 

    Multiple threads every day. A big report list that hasn’t had any update on it. 

    Stop asking questions and give people an update on what’s happening with it?

    Do you people even check in with each other on tech issues? Seems not, you just come in ask for details and never give any actual help.

    I'm asking because it sounds like it might be a soft ban, which gets triggered if you leave a bunch of games shortly after each other. If it is a soft ban, then Iwilllose just needs to wait ~24 hours before they can play again.

    As everyone who gets this knows, it is the exact same circumstances. Squad battles game crashes, back to main menu, awarded a 3-0 loss. It has been the case for months.

    I had the exact same problem you had 2 hours ago. Was playing a match on legendary, scored a goal and got a "crash". I usually end in E1 but now impossible because i miss out on 2500 SB points... EA doesnt helps you. But when an icon pack is releassd with wrong information in Chinese, everyone gets compensation.
