Community ManagerSome information about your GPU is not being displayed in the DxDiag. In this case I suggest that you try a clean install of the GPU Driver and set up a gaming profile. You can find instructions for both steps here: Troubleshooting graphics on PC
Sorry for the late reaction, but after everything that had happened I was done with EA FC 25 for a while. Now I am doing your steps but the second step won't work. I can't find EA FC 25 between the programs to add. CAn you help me?

I can surely try to help you. Can you please provide some more information on the steps you're stuck on? When you say that you cannot find the EA FC 25 to add, are you trying the step to create a gaming profile?

Isn't there somebody I can call for this problem so it can be fixed in one evening? Cause if I am being honest, it takes me too long. Were are already three months trying to solve this problem and I am scared it will take much longer.
