If you happen to have an 'N' Edition of Windows, download and run the following Media Feature Pack, thanks.

Media Feature Pack for N versions of Windows 10

EA_Barry​ I've tried everything you said but still the same error. I have windows 11 without N versions.

It is possible there is an issue with your PC system files that is causing the problem. Run System File Checker to rule that out:
