this software cant be used at the same time

Hi there. Please see the guide here for uninstalling 3rd party software that conflicts with our games.

but I have never installed anything like that and I don't have it there  I have already checked all the solutions that it could be but nothing is working for me 
and im rly upset cuz i wanted to play today cuz new promo and i cant 

and suddenly I got into the game and it kick me back, I don't know what's happening and I repeat the same thing again and once againg same error as its on that screenshot i sent 

Device manager, storage controllers , disablaed daemonn tools lite virtual SCSI Bus, than go to Universal serial bus controller and disabled daemon tools lite virtual USB Bus ! i did this , i started the game twice and its works!

but like i never had it i never installed it and its not there so thats why im asking what is my problem. It seems like theres no solution for my problem and thats making me mad

i just wanna play my game that i spent money on EA FIX this **bleep**

The tool is usefull to mount ISO files. The temporary solution to disable the devices linked to that tool (or worst by removing the software) allows us to play FC 25 but this still needs to be fixed.
Please change your anticheat engine to solve definitively this issue.
