Tots game play very slow champions and rivals. Lagging and players

Hello, playing champs today and players reacting slow and not allowing me select players. Is this because of all the players or did EA change gameplay again and ruin the game ? This is completely unfair and I’m losing games because it’s so slow I’m not use to it. I was literally playing a game we’re my players we’re running by them selves. This is on Xbox please fix this issue. Completely ruined champs not fair at all.
