Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment

Question

Since 12Sep at 7pm ET, I've not been able to access ultimate team. I've been getting the following error message "connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu." I've reset my router, modem, switched from 5ghz to 2.4 ghz, plugged directly into the modem, but the message continues to appear. I'm not having any issue playing online with any other game, for example COD, fall guys, nba2k25, and rocket league all perform perfectly. On 13Sep, I entered safe mode and cleared the cache. This allowed me to bypass the promo page for FC26 and enter ultimate team for a few minutes before the error message appeared again. I was able to do this successfully a few times where resetting the cache allowed me access to ultimate team. What is preventing me from accessing ultimate team and how can it be resolved?

Same. After trying continuously for hours and hours I was finally able to get in but everything was lagging a lot (getting into Rush or Squad Battles took several minutes). And after waiting another few hours to get into a game, I get kicked out mid game. Literally only need to play 2 games to get to Lvl 40. 84x5 has never been this hard to achieve.

EA_Pulsar​&nbsp;This has been happening since Friday, September 12, 2025. This seems to only affect the US. I can verify this because I VPN to Europe and I have no problems except ping delay. Ever since Friday in the US the server constantly disconnects from ultimate team. There have been several posts about this and its completely ignored. It is not my connection, not my computer, not my router, not my issue. Again I VPN to Europe and the menus work flawless. If I connect directly without VPN it is constant disconnections.&nbsp;
