Ultimate Team will not load-Xbox Series S

Hi, 

Moved from Xbox 1 to Series S this week. Everything on FC25 working fine except for Ultimate Team. It crashes the game every time. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I've tried creating new teams on the companion app and deleting existing teams. I feel like I've tried everything I can find online, but I'm getting nowhere. Can anyone please help??
