Unable to Link Xbox/EA Accounts due to EA fake email

Hello,

I am trying to link my Xbox account to my EA account, but EA is not allowing me due to some placeholder email that EA has made for my account. The email domain that is linked for some reason is some @disabled.ea.com domain that I have never used or recognize at all. I am trying to unlink this from my EA account to be able to link my correct Xbox account; the Xbox account has the same email address as my current EA account (just not able to link them). Please help fix this.
