"Unable to process your request" error message
Happened to me 3 times today, after winning the match the game show this message "The ea servers can't process your request....." and count the game as lose
Hi everyone,
this error is most likely related to hitting our security limits for playing too many games or performing too many actions in a short period of time.
For example, if you are constantly quitting games after a goal is scored and then instantly playing the next one.
Sometimes it's also referred to as a “soft ban”.
This security limit is in place to prevent any bots or automated programs from abusing and essentially cheating our system.
Neither us here in the forum nor our EA Help support team are able to manually remove that limit for you.
If you experience this error, you should take a break from the game and wait up to 24 hours (sometimes it can be longer if one keeps trying and trying).
Otherwise, another tip would be to regularly play a full game or two in between.
