URGENT HELP NEEDED. CANNOT ACCESS EA SERVERS SINCE NOVEMBER!!

Hello everyone 

I keep going back n forth with EA they have tried troubleshooting, I have called my internet provider out. EA Said there is no issue with my EA account. Yet I can’t access even squad updates or anything. I can’t connect to EA servers at all. They have told me to just post on here instead. I have checked all the FAQ’s and everything still nothing works. Any ideas? They confirmed there’s no issues etc on their side. 

All I want todo is download my latest squads. 
I’m on PS5 

Tried deleting and reinstalling the game etc.
