Web app bug login problem while accessing my pc account

I have 2 platform pc and xbox registered on the same account when opening web app or companion app it open fine for my xbox account when switching to pc it give me error login unavailable does anybody have a solution for this please? Thanks.

Hey 0mar23x Have you unlinked your platform account from your EA account before changing the platform on the web app? If so, this could permanently damage your account. See this article for more information about the risk of unlinking a platform account.
