Won a game and the game kicked me off then said I DNF

This is the story of every weekend league i play. 
The game is always crashing and giving me DNF even when I finish a game winning. It’s soo frustrating to pay a large sum for this game and for the last 4 months have to deal with such inconsistent game play. 

All the responses is the same things. Delete profile or delete your squad on your web app. None of that is working but none of the community managers are responding now. 

just say you don’t have a fix and offer compensation for this shoddy game of yours
