You have lost your online connection. Check your home network.

I’ve been unable to access Ultimate Team in FC 25 since Friday. The message I get is: ‘You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC’s online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more.’ I’ve tried everything to fix the issue, including rebuilding the database, changing my internet connection, using a LAN cable, and changing my DNS settings, but the problem persists.

  • The issue got fixed on PS4, but it took a long time. Unfortunately, I missed the start of the season and the beginning of TOTS because of it.

    I know exactly how frustrating this is — I had the same issue for days. I tried everything: rebuilding the database, changing internet settings, using LAN, changing DNS… nothing worked. I contacted support daily for 4 days, but they just kept saying they were working on it.

    In the end, the problem got fixed suddenly without me doing anything. So my advice is to stay patient and keep in touch with support
