Problems during matches

Hi,

I have been experiencing the same issue for a long time now on PlayStation. Everything works fine until I play an online game and then the nightmare starts. The game lags, freezes for one second, fast forwards and then lags again every 5 seconds, it is a horrible experience and I have lost a lot of games since I had to quit. Weirdly enough, this happens only occasionally on one day, and other days are fine so I do not think it is linked to my internet provider. I suspect it is related to the game/servers.  

Did anyone experience the same issue? Any ideas on how to solve this?
