Can’t open loan pack!
I got a loan pack today at 17:00 swedish time, and i can’t open it. Just says ”can’t connect to UT servers”. This is super annoying and it doesnt work on web app nor companion app. I play on ps5.

same i have seen a lot of people have this bug too and u cant do anything about it
Same... Can't open any other packs until I redeem that one, and it's unredeemable...
I tried ingame, with the mobile app and the web app, they all failed to redeem it...
Same here. I cant even do the daily sbcs. So annoying!

Same just happened to my account. Hopefully they resolve this bug ASAP.
Same thing happened to me. I created a help ticket with EA and the person I chatted with says EA know this is a problem and it's worldwide. They gotta fix it soon!
