Connecting to Ultimate team is not possible at the moment error!!!

In need of urgent help from Ea management…

I am having trouble accessing the servers in FC 25.  
My case number is #221356287. I have already contacted EA Help support but the issue still persists.  I’ve been told to post this here.

Here are the details:
- Platform: PS5 
- My EA ID: MoorbeyyRTG

- Description: I cannot connect to the servers and the game freezes after attempting to log in. I have already tried all troubleshooting steps suggested by the support team (resetting connection, disabling VPN, clearing cache, deleted the game re-installed etc.) but nothing worked.

Please escalate this issue to the technical team or provide a clear solution to fix this problem.
