Connection Lost

For the past 3–4 months, while playing FIFA (both via Wi-Fi and with an Ethernet cable connected), I keep receiving a “connection lost” warning and get kicked out of the match. However, when I return to the main menu, the internet appears to be connected again without me changing anything.

I contacted my internet service provider, and they told me the issue had been resolved. They also confirmed that there were no connection or speed problems on their end. However, my issue still persists.

When I called again, they suggested that I may need to contact the game provider and possibly change the server settings. The customer representative I spoke with was sincere and mentioned that they had a similar issue with another game. They said a separate “port” was assigned for them, and after connecting through that port, they no longer experienced disconnection or speed problems.

I urgently need support regarding this issue.
