Fc Points dont show up while trying to purchase Season pass

I just bought a 1000 Fc points to buy the upgraded season and in the menu it shows that i have a 1000 fc points but when im trying buy the pass it shows my previous amount of Fc Points first i thought it was bug that my points are there but it doesnt show it,i tried buying it and it actually says i have to buy fc even tho i just bought some are these man trying to scam me for the double amount ?
