Have you ever been innocently banned?
I received an email about two weeks ago that my account was banned out of the blue.
I didn't break any rules.
I thought about why my account was banned.
I was trying to get matched for Ultimate Team Champions mode.
However, on the Japanese server PC environment where I was matched, there were a lot of unusual users.
- when the opponent is matched and leaves the uniform selection screen
2. when the game starts but the opponent leaves within 5 seconds of kickoff
8-9 out of 10 users were like this.
They were probably bad players who were abusing coins.
The problem was that my match history had tons of abnormal game logs because of case 2.
(I looked at my ISP match history.)
This made me strongly suspect that EA had banned my account.
No matter how I think about it, I can't think of any other reason.
I have submitted several appeals stating my innocence.
But each time they just send me a reply saying that they have done all the investigation and cannot reverse their decision.
Here's how I feel.
A thief has stolen your house.
You order the thief to leave.
But the thief says it's not your house and he can't leave.
You keep protesting, but the thief won't leave.
You want at least your stuff back, but they keep giving you the same answer.
I hate being treated like an innocent bystander more than I hate not being able to play the game.
Is it okay for innocent players to be prevented from playing in order to catch unusual players?
How is this even possible?
I'm kicking myself for having enjoyed the game since FIFA 98.
