Missing Premium Season Pass Rewards
I have been unable to claim Level 25 of the premium season pass. (Oblak, Maignan, Kobel Shapeshifters)
The level does not have a green tick next to it. And i have never had access to these items. I completed 4/5 levels and held A for Claim all. However when the rewards were granted i never had to option to pick Oblak Kobel or Maignan.
I have tried restarting the system multiple times, as it has been days since i went past that level and still no access. I have not claimed these and accidentally put them into an SBC or quick sold, and no one else has access to the account who could potentially have claimed these. Its extra frustrating because it was one of the main reasons I paid for the pass as I am running a Dortmund team and wanted the Kobel for my team
EA Help is unhelpful and takes you round in circles, and have been fobbed off on email to try the "troubleshooting steps in our EA Help articles" (despite already doing this) or post in the EA forums. Any idea on next steps?
