Missing rewards

I completed the FUT Birthday: Daily Play Games Completionist objectiv on friday half an hour before content. It’s on PS5. The objectiv got an ✔️ but I did’nt get the rewards from the sixth day completion and the whole objectiv. I tried chatting with EA but they could’nt help me because as far as they could see I did’nt complete the objectiv, because content-time had reset the objectiv and a new six day objectiv had started. They told me to try an EA forum, so I hope this helps. How do I get my rewards?
