Missing weekly rewards was told to create this again

Last week I have finished my weekly objectives on ps5 and when I checked my objectives it was still showing 3 out of 5 instead of it being 4 out of 5.

I contacted ea live chat and they said this issue has been reported and there is no eta at the moment. Then he closed the chat without listening to what I had to say. It has been over a week and still no update or reply the weekly objectives have refreshed and the rewards from objectives expires in 3 days  now can anyone actually help and address this issue?

I have contacted ea live chat again today and they have said they have raised the issue with there team and told me to create a forum here again to raise awareness yet I am still waiting for some help and support from someone poor communication and service.
