Hey @PLAZA-F1,
You'll only get the pre-season rewards if you stick to the same platform family. So PS4 -> PS5 would be fine, but PS4 -> PC wouldn't, for example.

I didn’t receive rewards from preseason in the companion app supposed to be
•84+ x5 players pack
•82+ x5 players pack
•80+ x10 players pack
•82+ x10 players pack
•81+ x7 players pack
•Heroes loan pack
•Icon loan pack
I didn’t receive any of them in companion web app
- @Mdlfngar Pre-Season packs are awarded starting October 10th
Will we be able to get them through the app or do we need to login via console can't remember how it was done last year
Hi was just wondering if all the rewards were meant to come out today as I only have an 80x10 and82x5
after content time I hav eonly received 2 Packs. I have done all objectives. This is a shame. How we are spending 100€ for a gamne that is bugged unplayable and we are not getting, that we were promised?
How is it possible to be worse and worse every Year?
missing packs,I received the hero loan, the 80x10, the 81x7 and 82x5. the rest are missing...
I recieved 3 out of the 5 packs I should have received. I am missing the 82x5 from the crafting upgrade and the 81x7 from the evo objective both of which I completed!
- @harry280210 The pre-season packs were coming out starting today -- presumably in waves and could take up to a month. Hopefully we all receive what we're due soon! <3

I have no packs is this because I haven’t logged In on the game today. I have already played the new game this year

if I only get 3 packs when I've done all the objectives, then yes, there's clearly a problem that EA needs to solve. - @Izzy_FUT_Dubs Thanks for the reply but my mates have them all just feel abit robbed
Are you joking? UP to a month? Please advise me to a support to get refund for this game. Unplayable and not trustfull. Please forward it to customer support so the contact me for a refund.
What u mean that it could take up to a month? That must be a joke. This is Multi milion company not some garage go fund me company
You have to log on to the actual game, you wont get them on the web app.
