Ultimate Team problem connecting with intact EA sports PS five connection

For the last few days I cannot get on the ultimate team for any of my PS5 FC games including 25 and 26. Does anybody have a resolution for this? I can play any other game on FIFA including seasons clubs etc. thanks in advance Dave
