Wrong card

Hi! I just received my rewards and, of course, opened them. There was just one problem: I received a Chawinga gold card while there's an ongoing promo for TOTS Ultimate. As an experienced and loyal player of the FC games, I know that you shouldn't be able to pack a player's gold card while the player is in a promo.

When I saw that I packed her, I was furious because I've been grinding all week just to receive a worse card than I should be able to.
