Wrong rating in upgrade pack!!!!

Question

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!&nbsp;I did 2 85x5 upgrade packs and in BOTH PACKS i received MULTIPLE players below 85 overall. I have video recording proof of this as well. I demand reimbursement for this for myself and any others facing this issue as it is completely unacceptable EA.Ive attached one screenshot showing the issue, but also have a video recording of me opening the pack and receiving players rated lower than 85.

Hello DEATH_PIG_3333​&nbsp;It's an 85×5 combo pack, featuring 8 players rated 80 or higher, with 5 guaranteed to be 85 or higher. It seems that the players you received fit that criteria. All the best to you!
