10 hours trial

Hello EA Support,

I used the EA Play 10-hour trial for FIFA 26 on Xbox.

I only played for about 5 hours in total, but my trial shows less than 1 hour remaining.

It seems the system counted extra time even when I was not playing.

Can you please check my account and restore the lost trial time?
