2 Career mode errors/glitches

There are 2 errors I've found:

Unable to edit sock height on the Edit Player option in manager career - I have noticed this with youth players/new-gen pkayers.

Also, I have noticed this issue for a few years. There always seems to be a few new gen players on 98 or 99 overall. I think it would be a good idea to put a cap on the max overall at 95.
