Accidental Archetype Item Purchase – Request for Refun

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding an accidental purchase I made in the game.

I bought Archetype upgrade items for 3000 OP, but I later realized that my Archetype is already at the maximum level (50). Because of this, I am unable to use the items at all.

I was not aware of the level cap at the time of purchase, and the system did not clearly warn me that the items would be unusable. The purchase was made by mistake, and the items remain unused.

I would like to kindly request a refund of the 3000 OP or a reversal of this transaction if possible.
