add a cool new promo for UT

i have a fairly good idea here

add a new promo card type called 'Mazing Moments. it can be used for for memorable performances past and present.

for example, Szoboszlai's rocket against Arsenal can be one and another could be Robetro Carlos' free kick against France with that physics-defying goal. The design of the card can be anything you want. Ratings could be 90-93. Hopefully u read this EA!!!!
