Bring back the goalkeeper mechanics from release

Goalkeepers can no longer make decent saves and instead have zero intelligence and gift goals to the opponent. Had my own keeper rather than catching the ball he palmed it into his own net. Another time my keeper rather than again simply catching the ball they decided to try and make a diving save on a ball that had bounced back off the crossbar and palmed it straight to the opponent. Anyone else having these issues?
